Lab Properties takes care of all exterior site work to give the property a fresh new look and bring the building up to compliance, therefore making it usable by cannabis tenants. This includes Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, fire and life safety compliance (sprinklers/fire alarms), Title 24 Compliance,new parking lots, common mailboxes, secured trash areas, new ramps, facade upgrades, drainage and perimeter fencing.

Entitlement & Licensing

Lab Properties obtains all the necessary municipal level entitlements on our properties which create designated approved commercial cannabis spaces. With the goal to help our tenants get operational quickly, we offer flexible free rent ramp-up periods while our tenants work diligently to obtain their business operating permit and build out their suites.

Suite Amenities

Every Lab Properties facility undergoes a heavy power upgrade providing sufficient electricity to operate under every license type, including a large scale cultivation. All necessary utility connections, including power, water, sewer and gas are stubbed into each suite. Each suite is delivered as a clean shell allowing tenants to design the space in a way that best suits their business operations.

About Nevada City and the Sierra Foothills
